Information Marque collects

Marque collects contact details, item descriptions, photographs, seller references, submission and payment status, specialist findings, support messages, and operational audit records needed to provide the service.

How information is used

Information is used to review items, request more evidence, process payment, issue and maintain certificates, prevent misuse, support clients, and improve service quality. Marque does not sell personal information.

Public certificate records

When a result is issued, the hosted buyer record may display the item description, selected evidence photographs, examination type, specialist name and title, certificate holder business, seller reference, status history, and report number. Personal intake contact details and private notes are not displayed.

Service providers

Marque may use service providers for hosting, file storage, sign-in, payment processing, email delivery, shipping, and fraud prevention. Those providers receive only the information needed for their function.

Retention and requests

Marque retains case and certificate records as needed to preserve verification history, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, and protect the service. Clients may ask to access, correct, or delete eligible personal information through support. Certificate integrity or legal obligations may require certain records to remain.

Security

Private routes require approved sign-in, seller records are scoped to their account, uploaded files are stored separately from public pages, and issued record changes are logged. No internet service can promise absolute security.
